Pitching is the hardest position to learn.Seek out a pitching coach to train your daughter as it can be dangerous to learn the wrong way.As simple as it seems, it is not.Girls can hurt thier arms shoulder or worse spine if taught the wrong way.Here is a very good basic video on what to start off with.Again this is a position that takes hundreds of pitches weekly to master.Contact people in the league who have a girl that is a good pitcher to see who they use.
