Rule Changes

Please note the following rule changes for 2012

8U -An overthrow shall be defined as a thrown ball that the fielder cannot control or bring down. If this happens at any base the play is dead and the runners are awarded the nearest base, but only one base.

-Runners can lead off, but only after the ball has been released. If caught leaving early the runner is out.
